Returns & Exchanges

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS IT IS A DAMAGED PRODUCT FROM THE MANUFACTURER

IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THE RETURN POLICY THOROUGHLY BEFORE REQUESTING ANY RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.

*All customer products defects, damages, missing, and incorrect items require photo or video evidence. You will need to submit photo/video clearly displaying the items/issues. Please do not discard items until we notify you, or we will not be able to process the return/exchange.

 

Final sale, Clearance or Discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged

Unfortunately the following are final sale items and are unable to be tested for defects due to health, safety, and legal reasons; we are unable to accept them as returns. Due to the sensitive nature of their design, and that we are unable to test for defects due to obvious health and safety reasons we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

  • E-liquids/Pods
  • Tanks/Rebuildables (RDA/RDTA systems)
  • Coils/Cartomizers
  • Batteries/Chargers
  • “Alternative” Products
  • Any open, used, or final sale items

 

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If you feel your item may be defective we recommend contacting the manufacturer as they may be able to better assist.

 Color Substitutions

  • Once the customer accepts the substitution, we will not honor a cancellation once the order is shipped or enroute
  • We will always offer a substitution of color, pattern, etc. Before cancelling an order
  • False claims of manufacturer defects or improper handling of said item will be ignored and is the responsibility of the customer.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If you feel your purchase is not what you agreed upon, even due to agreement of substitution, there are several ways to sell on Buy/Sell/Trade groups and forums.

Defective Device

In order for your defective warranty item to be eligible for exchange or credit, it must meet the following requirements:

  • It must be 14 days or less from the date of receiving your package
  • All the accessories included in the purchased package must be sent in with the defective device
  • The item must have no signs of physical damage outside of normal wear and light usage
  • Returned items can be exchanged for the same item
  • Items with manufacturer's Visual Defects like small paint chips will not be accepted for return
