If i could give sx mini 0 star I would

This is NOT a reflection on straight fire vaporium, this is 100% on sx mini. Heard great things about the pure max v2 and the flavor. Decided to order one and some pods. Got the device pretty quick and out of the box it wouldn't turn on. Plugged it in and still wouldn't turn on but the screen flashed continuously, wouldn't allow me to select wattage or anything. Tried different cables and charge blocks with no luck. Contacted Demitri at straight fire and he sent a new device. The second device showed up from a diffrent batch and color and had the same issue but half the screen flashed. Contacted Demitri again and he was at a loss as he had replaced atleast 12 devices with same issue. Hes now sending a new sx mini puremax q. That will be here today and hopefully it works. Demitri is now out of shipping on 2 units and out of who knows how many replacements. I hope sx mini does the right thing and not only replaces the failed units, I hope they refund shipping cost to all the retailers that are out of pocket because a manufacturer can't get their quality control taken care of. It is really sad in 2025 that this is still happening there is no excuse a manufacturer can give to have that kind of poor business practice. Do better sx mini you have been around for a while and use have a decent name.

They’ve made enough revisions to the pods, and to the device itself to make this one as close to perfect as it’s going to get. I’m loving it.

Bad Devices

Both v2 devices I purchased are faulty. Neither one works. I sent an email a week ago and haven’t heard back yet.

Best pod system

Had a bunch of the v1 of the puremax’s and loved them this one is just a next step up. Highly recommend!!!

Great device, except for 1 thing.

Great device, best vape I have had in a pod. Just do not like that the puff counter resets when you charge it.
