Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

We process orders Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm PST excluding major U.S holidays. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Normal Processing times range 2-3 business days. During the holiday season it may take up to 3 business days. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your tracking information. *Note: Some orders may be delayed if there are any verification issues such as age verification or address verification system (AVS) mismatch.

Shipping time estimates begin once the packaged order has left our facility, it does not include processing time. (ex. 3 days processing + 2 days shipping = 5 days before delivered)

Daily shipping cutoff time is 3PM PST.

Where do you ship from?

All packages are shipped various locations all over the US.

Where do you ship to?

We DO NOT ship to PO boxes! We ship to all 50 States in the U.S, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S Virgin Islands addresses.

 Please contact your local authorities for more information about importation of our products. Straightfirevaporium.com is not responsible for confiscation of items or additional duties, fees and taxes imposed by international customs agencies.

Once packages are shipped, you must deal directly with your chosen shipper/carrier. We do not guarantee shipping or transit times, shipping fees are non-refundable by us.

Please note: Certain orders will only be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order may be cancelled. Additionally, certain orders are going to be shipped with signature confirmation (Someone must be available to sign for the package).

Estimated Transit Times (After processing times of up to 3 business days)

  • Shipping estimates begin after processing has been completed.
  • Processing times range up to 3 business days and do not include weekends or observed holidays.
  • Tracking information will be sent once the package leaves our facility, typically within 3 business days of purchase. 
  • During the holiday season these times may vary up to an additional 24 hours

What if my package is lost?

As any other manufacturer and any other retailer. The customer takes full responsibility of the product once it is shipped out. We will do our very best in order to insure the product of the full value if by chance something does happen to the package. We cannot take responsibility for any product sent out via USPS or any other carrier due to the circumstances given to us within this year.

If you need to submit a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged goods we will assist you in submitting the claim.
