Stubby AIO V2 Boro Mod – Compact 80W Boro Performance
The Stubby AIO V2 Boro Mod brings the popular Stubby platform into its second generation. Early Bird, Vaping Bogan, and Orca Vape developed this compact AIO together.
The new design is around 10% smaller than the original Stubby. However, it keeps the flexibility that made the original so popular.
At its core, the Stubby V2 uses the new Navigator 80 (N80) chipset. It delivers up to 80W of power from a single 18650 battery.
In addition, the kit includes the redesigned TallBoy RBA Tank V2 and a magnetic Boro adapter. Therefore, you can customize the device for several different setups.
Compact Second-Generation Design
The Stubby V2 measures just 70 × 43 × 30mm. As a result, it feels compact in the hand and travels easily.
Early Bird combines aircraft-grade aluminum with 316L stainless steel for the chassis. Full CNC machining gives the device a solid and premium feel.
Despite its smaller footprint, the Stubby V2 remains fully Boro compatible. It also works with original Stubby tanks.
Navigator 80 Chipset
The new Navigator 80 chipset provides up to 80W of output. It offers fast response, precise power delivery, and several operating modes.
Additionally, Early Bird rates the new system at around 40% better battery efficiency than the original Stubby.
The N80 chipset offers six operating modes. These include Watt, Boost, Voltage, and three temperature control options.
Temperature control supports Nickel, Stainless Steel, and Titanium wire.
Single 18650 Power
The Stubby V2 runs on a single 18650 battery. This configuration keeps the device small while still providing up to 80W.
Furthermore, improved chipset efficiency helps extend battery life during daily use.
The battery is sold separately.
Flexible Boro Platform
The Stubby V2 offers much more than a fixed Boro setup. Instead, the platform supports several configurations.
You can use Squonk, RDTA, RDA, and coil-head setups with the correct configuration. The included magnetic Boro adapter makes switching setups quick and convenient.
Better yet, the Stubby V2 maintains compatibility with original Stubby tanks. Therefore, existing Stubby users can continue using compatible tanks they already own.

Each Stubby V2 includes the redesigned TallBoy RBA Tank V2. It offers straightforward coil building with strong flavor performance.
